Berlin Hyp has refinanced the Rembrandt Tower office property in Amsterdam on behalf of the owner and original developer of the building, DVM Group.

The high-rise-building was constructed in 1994 in the de Omval area of Amsterdam and comprises over 30,000 m2 of office space and underground parking.
It is currently leased out to more than 30 tenants from the finance, legal, communication and IT sectors.
