German lender Berlin Hyp is providing a loan of €78 mln to Orange Capital Partners to finance the purchase of a residential portfolio in the Netherlands.
The facility is being used to finance eight residential complexes comprising approximately 440 residential units at the locations of Huizen, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Hengelo, Apeldoorn, Nuenen and Gouda. The total rental area is around 51,000 m2.
The financing agreement is the third signed by the two parties over the past year.
Law firms Loyens & Loeff and DLA Piper advised on the deal.
