German lender Berlin Hyp is providing €86 mln to private investors for the acquisition of a logistics property located at 110 Avenue du Général Leclerc in Pantin, near Paris.

French REIT Foncière des Régions, which sold the asset as part of its strategy to exit the logistics Sector, restructured the asset in 2012. The 150,000 m2 complex comprises 13,700 m2 of office space.

Berlin Hyp acted as sole arranger, lender and hedging provider for the seven-year financing.

The bank was advised by Ashurst Paris and Etude Flusin. The borrower was advised by law firm Fairway and Etude Thomas Levy.
