German lender Berlin Hyp is financing the acquisition by the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund of the Nestlé House office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

German lender Berlin Hyp is financing the acquisition by the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund of the Nestlé House office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

US developer-investor Hines purchased the asset (formerly known as Pacific) last month from Kronos Real Estate for around €50 mln.

The terms of the financing were not disclosed.

Located at Domaniewska 32 Street, the scheme offers over 16,400 m2 of office space and over 1,400 m2 of commercial space across eight stories. The asset is mainly let to Nestlé from 2016 onwards, with other tenants including Polish construction firm Warbud and IMCD.
