German lender Berlin Hyp has appointed Andreas Griessinger as head of its Frankfurt office, following the retirement of Günter Walter, who steps down on 15 July
Said Sascha Klaus, chairman of the board of management of Berlin Hyp: 'With Andreas Griessinger, we have not only won a proven financing and real estate expert.
'He is also excellently networked in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region as well as in the entire real estate industry.

Griessinger, a graduate in business administration, learned the classic banking business from scratch, according to Berlin Hyp. Since 2006, he specialised in commercial real estate financing at BayernLB. Since 2015, the real estate economist (IREBS) has built up and successfully established BayernLB's sales office in Frankfurt-Main.
Said Griessinger: 'As an innovation driver, Berlin Hyp is one of the pioneers in the industry.
'With my team in Frankfurt, I hope to get back soon into personal contact with our customers and business partners, and work together to develop customised financial solutions for the future.'
