According to the firm, the new position was created to manage the growth of its portfolio of assets under management.

Prior to joining Beos, Lauerbach was an authorised signatory and European residential fund manager with investment manager Bouwfonds, where her main tasks included the management of open and closed-end mutual funds. Lauerbach has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.

'Our portfolio has expanded rapidly over the last few years and now comprises more than 80 properties,' said Martin Czaja, head of asset and portfolio management at Beos.

'At the same time, investor demand for corporate real estate has also been growing rapidly. So, given this positive backdrop and our commitment to delivering further growth, we have strengthened our portfolio management team with the appointment of Kerstin Lauerbach, an outstanding fund expert.'

'I am very much looking forward to working with my new colleagues, investors and tenants – and to providing the property-specific services for which Beos is renowned. My goals are clear: to provide our investors with optimum support and drive the continued growth of our fund business,' concluded Lauerbach.
