Berlin-based Beos, on behalf of an international group of investors, has acquired the Carlswerk mixed-use complex in Cologne-Mülheim in an off-market transaction from NKT Cables. Financial details were not been disclosed.

Berlin-based Beos, on behalf of an international group of investors, has acquired the Carlswerk mixed-use complex in Cologne-Mülheim in an off-market transaction from NKT Cables. Financial details were not been disclosed.

The property consists of 20,000 m2 of offices and 90,000 m2 of commercial space. Beos said in a statement that it is planning to invest an additional EUR 75 mln on the property to develop a business campus with office, commercial, and service areas.

Beos, founded in 1997 by Stephan Bone-Winkel, Ingo-Hans Holz and Job von Nell Frics, is an independent investment, project development and asset management company.
