Italian real estate company Beni Stabili has announced it has sold two commercial assets and a residential portfolio owned by Beni Stabili's Comit Fund. The two office properties, purchased by the listed property group Investitori & Partner Immobiliari, are located in Milan, Beni Stabili said in a press release. The price for the transaction was of the order of EUR 38 mln.

The residential portfolio has been acquired through a joint venture of Sviluppi Immobiliari, a subsidiary of Beni Stabili, the Italian property company Operae, and Duse Sarl, for a total value of EUR 320 mln. The price reflects a yield of 5%, the company said. Duse Sarl is the majority partner with 66% of the assets.
The Comit Fund has been acquired by Beni Stabili for EUR 806 mln on July 13. The agreements for these transactions were already announced on July 27 and November 10, 2006.
