Italian REIT Beni Stabili has announced that its closed-end real estate investment fund Melograno has completed the acquisition of a property in Milan for EUR 42 mln. The vendor was not disclosed.

Italian REIT Beni Stabili has announced that its closed-end real estate investment fund Melograno has completed the acquisition of a property in Milan for EUR 42 mln. The vendor was not disclosed.

The 13,000 m² building is mainly used for offices and and is let to international companies. The acquisition was partially financed by ING Real Estate Finance.
