Italy's Beni Stabili has closed sales totalling EUR 50 mln in the past two months. The listed office-focused firm said this week it sold an office building in Milan's Via Colonna for EUR 32 mln, in line with the asset's market value. The company did not disclose the buyer.

Italy's Beni Stabili has closed sales totalling EUR 50 mln in the past two months. The listed office-focused firm said this week it sold an office building in Milan's Via Colonna for EUR 32 mln, in line with the asset's market value. The company did not disclose the buyer.

Beni Stabili also completed the sale of an office property in Piacenza, Northern Italy. The asset, which belonged to the Imser 60 portfolio, was sold for EUR 6 mln, slightly over market value. It is 100% rented to Telecom Italia at a yield of 5.2%.

In November Beni Stabili closed the sale of two assets in the cities of Olbia and Turin for around EUR 12 mln.
