UK real estate company Delancey has appointed Ben Young as a senior acquisitions executive. Reporting to managing director Paul Goswell, Young will source and purchase new property opportunities across all sectors and will also work on sales within the current portfolio, the company said.

Young joins following nine years at British Land, where he was a director within the Investment Team and responsible for property acquisitions and disposals.
