Belov to lead CBRE Russia's valuation department

CBRE has announced the appointment of Sergey Belov as director in the Strategic Consulting and Valuation Department.

Belov will oversee the company's strategic consulting and valuation business in Russia as well he will provide general support for the further development of CBRE business in Russia. He will report to Alexander Polenok, managing director of CBRE in Russia.

Belov started his career in valuation business in 1995. For the past seven years he headed Valuation department in Jones Lang LaSalle. Belov is qualified in valuation of all segments of real estate including free land plots and sites as well as business valuation.
