Romanian real estate developer Bellemonde Development has secured a €21 mln loan from Libra Internet Bank for a new residential project in northern Bucharest.
The project will feature 164 housing units, including a variety of options such as individual houses, duplexes, townhouses, and villas with two, three, and four-bedroom apartments.
It will be built on a plot of land of over 41,000 m2 and will include 93 villas and 71 apartments.
Bellemonde received the necessary construction permit from the Voluntari City Hall in June and construction work is expected to begin soon. The entire project is estimated to cost over €40 mln and is expected to be completed within 24 months.
Elena Lavric, project management director of Bellemonde, said: ‘The project is part of a large series of remarkable developments within the real estate industry, all led by the same team of professionals with many years of experience in delivering top-tier real estate products. We are honored to have the support of Libra Internet Bank for this development as well, which aligns with our mission to innovate the real estate landscape.’
Cristina Mahika-Voiconi, general director of Libra Internet Bank, added: ‘As a bank specializing in real estate financing, we immediately appreciated the modern concept behind the Bellemonde project. It is truly remarkable in every respect—from the location of the complex to the level of safety and comfort that Bellemonde residents will enjoy.’
The residential community will be centered around the Society Hub, a communal space featuring amenities such as a lounge area with massage zones and saunas, coworking spaces, children's activities, and an outdoor pool. Additionally, Bellemonde will include a commercial area with a restaurant, terraces, shops, and landscaped green spaces.
