Dutch-based CEE developer Plaza Centers said its Belgrade Plaza shopping and entertainment centre in the Serbian capital opened to the public nearly fully leased on 20 April.
The 32,300 m2 mall, Plaza’s second scheme in Serbia and its 34th overall, is 97% let and expected to be fully leased in the coming months.
The developer sold Belgrade Plaza to Israeli company BIG Shopping Centers in January for €28 mln.
Plaza Centers, a subsidiary of Israeli company Elbit Imaging, had a €42.5 mln credit facility from a financing bank to develop Belgrade Plaza.
