Listed Belgian logistics developer WDP has acquired four new sites in the Netherlands for a total investment of €37 mln.

Listed Belgian logistics developer WDP has acquired four new sites in the Netherlands for a total investment of €37 mln.

The four assets include two high-security buildings leased to G4S in Amsterdam and Duiven, as well an air freight building at Schiphol Airport, leased to an international logistics service provider, and land reserves in Bleiswijk.

WDP, which is listed on the Amsterdam and Brussels exchanges, unveiled a revised growth plan this year to grow its portfolio by 55% to €3 bn by 2020, after achieving its 2016 target a year early. The company says it has invested more than €100 mln under the new plan. At end-December its portfolio was valued at €1.93 bn, comprising assets in Belgium, the Netherlands and Romania.
