The operation is part of the company's refinancing programme and is divided into three series. The first represents £22 mln of notes due in seven years, the second amounts to $75 mln of notes also due in seven years and the third series is for $90 mln of notes due in eight years.
In a statement, Befimmo said it hedged the currency risk by concluding Cross Currency Rate Swaps at the same time.
