German lender BayernLB said it has provided an €80 mln credit facility to finance a residential real estate development project in the city centre of Munich.
The project, known as Ludwig, is being developed by a subsidiary of Metropolian Group and includes a total of 72 condominiums, as well as two penthouses with private SkyDeck and an underground parking lot with over 100
spaces.
Construction of the project is expected to complete at the end of 2018 or early 2019.
