German lender BayernLB said on Friday that it is financing the construction of the Highrise One office complex in the Haidhausen suburb of Munich.
The asset is being developed by Munich-based project developer Reiß & Co. Real Estate for a total investment of €90 mln.
It will provide a total of 18,700 m2 of office space on completion at the end of 2017. About 8,000 m2 is pre-let to tenant Epcos.
