The 'Cubes' development will deliver 13,500 m2 of office space over three linked atrium structures on the grounds of the former US Consulate in the city. The main tenant will be auditor RölfsPartner.

Demolition works have already begun, with completion of the office complex planned for the first half of 2013. The project has obtained sustainability certification from the German Society for Sustainable Construction (DGNB).
