HypoVereinsbank (HVB) announced it was putting its headquarters on the market in the spring of 2011.
The disposal also includes the Preysing-Palais and an adjacent parking garage. The lender will remain a tenant in the building until redevelopment on a new office at Arabellapark is complete.
