Batipart, the holding company of French entrepreneur Charles Ruggieri, has reportedly launched the sale of a €350 mln portfolio of nursing homes in Italy and Spain.
According to Spanish press reports, Batipart has hired investment banks Natixis Partners and Crédit Agricole to sell the package which encompasses a total of 24 nursing homes.
The portfolio is expected to fetch over €350 mln offering a yield above 5%. It includes 18 facilities in Spain and six in Italy.
If completed, the sale would mark Batipart’s exit from the nursing home sector.
