Belgian property company Banimmo said that its public-private partnership with public land development firm AG Sob has sold a 40,000-m[sup]2[/sup] land plot in the Belgian city of Ghent for an undisclosed amount. The buyer Vof Bene Property is a development subsidiary of Ikea. The company plans to construct a new Ikea store on the plot.
