Brussels-based real estate firm Banimmo has completed the sale of two assets for EUR 20 mln, achieving its annual sales objective. The sales relate to, on the one hand, the retail centre in Eeklo and, on the other hand, a small office building located in Brussels which, given its size, was not viewed as strategic, the Banimmo.

The sales relate to, on the one hand, the retail centre in Eeklo and, on the other hand, a small office building located in Brussels which, given its size, was not viewed as strategic, the Banimmo.
During 2009 Banimmo has divested four assets and realised over EUR 120 mln which the Euronext-listed company says will allow it to start the year 2010 in optimal conditions.
Banimmo added that potential acquisitions in Belgium and France are being examined.
