Belgian real estate firm Banimmo has announced the repositioning of two assets in its portfolio on the basis of long term pre-letting agreements. Both buildings, located in the Da Vinci Park in Brussels, were rented when acquired. Banimmo said the objective was to carry out renovation or restructuring work in order to reposition these buildings according to market needs.

The first building comprises 3,753 m2 of lettable space and is located in the Avenue de Schiphol in Evere, Brussels. It is currently being heavily renovated and a new tenant will rent 2,550 m2 for at least a fixed six-year period, with a possibility for an additional three-year period.
The second building, with a surface area of 6,350 m2 is located in the Rue de la Fusée in Haren, Brussels.
Banimmo has signed an agreement with a multinational which wants to regroup its operational activities and headquarters on this site once renovation and expansion tailored to the tenant's needs are completed. The new building will comprise 8,242 m2.
