UK construction firm Balfour Beatty said it had won a seven-year contract with a potential annual value of £50 mln (EUR 69.5 mln) a year from British Energy Generation. The contract is for the facility management of British Energy's portfolio of eight nuclear power stations and two office complexes in England and Scotland.

Balfour Beatty will provide additional support to British Energy in outages, projects and other infrastructure-related services.
