Swedish property firm Balder has acquired three properties in Stockholm from listed property company Fabege.
The purchase price for the three mixed-use properties is SEK 815 mln (€95 mln).
The portfolio comprises the fully let Skeppshandeln 1 project, which is under construction; the Murmastaren 7 building, which offers 3,000 m2 of office and retail space: and the Fiskaren Storre 3 residential tower on Sodermalm.
The sale will see Fabege generate a gain of SEK 15 mln (€1.75 mln) before tax and SEK 54 mln (€6.3 mln) after tax, which will be recognised during the second quarter of 2013.
