Stockholm-listed property company Balder has acquired four commercial properties in Stockholm, Helsinki and London for around SEK 1,600 mln (€151 mln).
The assets, which have a total lettable area of about 28,000 m2, were acquired from different vendors, Balder said.
The properties in Stockholm include A house and 3 Vapen 7, while in London, Balder has acquired 11 Ironmonger Lane (pictured) in the City of London.
The Swedish and UK assets mainly comprise offices and educational premises, while the property in Helsinki is a hotel, according to Balder. All properties are located in the central areas of the capital cities.
The largest tenants are Stockholm University of the Arts, A house, Scandic, the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Spendrups.
Balder’s real estate portfolio had a value of SEK 123.2 bn as of 31 March. Balder shares are listed in the large cap section of Nasdaq Stockholm.
