US group Bain Capital's Aquileia Capital Services has announced plans to invest €50 mln in the redevelopment of an urban quarter north of Parma, Northern Italy.
The Nopa project will see the redevelopment of 31,500 m2 of space for residential use, with completion scheduled for 2023. The project is located in the vicinity of the Parma city centre.
'With the Nopa District project, we want to support the growth and development of the city of Parma. The philosophy that has guided the recovery and enhancement of an entire neighborhood is to satisfy the new needs not only of a traditional housing nature, but also of spaces that are lived in throughout the day, for work, for study and for all a series of activities that were once not foreseen in the residential tradition, with particular attention to new technologies and green,' commented Danilo Augugliaro, Chief Executive Officer and general manager of Aquileia Capital Services.
