Italian publicly-held company Bagnolifutura is seeking investors for a large commercial real estate development project in Bagnoli, in the western districts of Naples. The company, which is headed by Mario Huebler, said it plans to sell the development site through a public bidding process with a starting price of EUR 56 mln.

The company, which is headed by Mario Huebler, said it plans to sell the development site through a public bidding process with a starting price of EUR 56 mln.
The Bagnoli area is part of the former Italsider industrial plant and is located adjacent to the sea, with a beautiful view on the Gulf of Pozzuoli and just 8 km from Naples' city centre. The 66,000 m2 site has building rights for a total of 215,000 m3, including 65,000 m3 for residential accommodation, 50,000 m3 for retail space and 100,000 m3 for office areas.
Interested parties have to submit an offer by end-November 2010.
Bagnolifutura is a city-centre redevelopment company created in 2002 by the municipality of Naples.
