French property management group AXA REIM said on Monday that it has completed the letting of its Opus 12 tower following an agreement with AGF which is taking about 8,300 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space. The Canadian investment management group is renting the space at a price of an annual EUR 570 per m[sup]2[/sup] excluding taxes and costs. Opus 12 is the first redevelopment project within the renovation plans at La Défense, Paris' business district. The project was designed by architects Valode & Pistre and consists of 34,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space.
