AXA Real Estate Investment Managers (AXA REIM) said on Tuesday that it had bought two retail portfolios in Finland for a total EUR 200 mln. The Sveafastigheter and HGR portfolio, acquired on behalf of AXA REIM's European Retail Income Venture II fund (ERIV II), consists of 128 properties.
