AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has purchased the Kennedy Tower in the Southern Dutch city of Eindhoven from Heijmans Property Development and Hurks Property Development for EUR 66 mln.

AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has purchased the Kennedy Tower in the Southern Dutch city of Eindhoven from Heijmans Property Development and Hurks Property Development for EUR 66 mln.

The 83-metre Kennedy Tower was completed by a 50-50 joint venture of Heijmans and Hurks in November 2003. The tower comprises 24,000 m2 of high-quality office space and is part of the Kennedy Business Center (KBC) located to the north of Eindhoven's main railway station. The KBC is almost entirely leased and tenants include Logica CMG, Eindhoven City Council, the Holland Immo Group, RSP, Black Rock, and the Dutch Patent Office.
