French investment manager AXA Real Estate has mandated Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) to market a portfolio of logistics properties on behalf of its clients. The portfolio provides 60,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space over two facilities in Constantí (43,000 m2) and Mas Blau, near Barcelona (17,000 m2).

'The excellent location and good quality of both projects is the reason why these properties are attracting so much interest from logistics operators,' said Marc Relaño, responsible for C&W's industrial business in Barcelona.
Last month, the consultancy firm was appointed to lease or sell the industrial portfolio of Spain's real estate group Anfora in the south of the country. The portfolio consists of two assets in Polinyà and Llinars del Vallès near Barcelona with a total surface of 65,000 m2 and offering 32,000 m2 of industrial space.
In Portugal, C&W has been mandated to sell an industrial property owned by Coats & Clark in the centre of Vila Nova de Gaia, near Porto. The asset is located on a site of 65,000 m2 and offers 24,000 m2 of covered logistics, industrial and office space.
