AXA Real Estate has completed the acquisition of the Eurostore logistics park in Gennevilliers to the north of Paris.
The vendor, French REIT Foncière des Régions, was advised by CBRE. Financial details were not disclosed.
The 65,000 m² scheme is spread over two buildings and consists of a 56,000 m2 warehouse and 9,000 m2 of office space. The buildings are leased to seven tenants specialising in wholesale distribution and logistics.
The Eurostore site was developed in 1976 on a 10-hectare land area. It was fully refurbished in 1994, 2004 and 2012.
The transaction was closed by CBRE on the basis of an exclusive sale mandate.
