Axa Imra S Stories Development Project in Paris

Developer Vinci Immobilier has been mandated as the project manager, with delivery expected in 2021.

Designed by Chartier-Dalix architects, AXA IMRA describes the Stories development as an ‘urban village’ with the end-user in mind and a strong emphasis on open meeting places, brightness and outdoor space.

Spread across seven levels including a service base, the completed complex will have a 6,000 m2 courtyard at its centre, serving as an outdoor village square. It will offer flexible working and meeting spaces to fit the needs of future end-users.

Germain Aunidas, head of European development at AXA IMRA, commented: ‘Stories is a unique urban village located in an area benefitting from significant regeneration, which will be further enhanced through the Grand Paris infrastructure project. The attractive combination of Stories’ location, flexibility and specification make this new development a unique opportunity and we’re confident that the completed project will attract strong tenant interest.’

The project is targeting HQE, BREEAM, WELL, WiredScore and Effinergie+ certifications.

AXA IMRA has developed more than 250 projects worth more than €14 bn over the past 20 years, with a further over €8 bn of projects currently underway.
