AXA Investment Manager – Real Assets (AXA IMRA) has acquired, on behalf of French insurer CNP Assurances, a retail property in Bologna, Italy.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The asset comprises two adjoining classical buildings with a total area of 2,300 m2. The scheme, located in the city centre, is spread over three storeys and is fully-let to international retail brands with long-term contracts.
The property is located on Via Rizzoli, one of the city’s prime shopping streets.
Earlier this week, AXA IMRA announced the acquisition of an office asset in Milan on behalf of an unnamed client.
