AXA IM – Real Assets has announced the acquisition of a logistics asset in Liscate near Milan, for a price of €35 mln.
The asset located at Strada Provinciale della Cerca n. 39 was bought on behalf of clients from LaSalle Investment Management. It provides around 47,000 m2 of space to the east of Milan.
JLL acted for the buyer.
