Global investor and asset manager AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets (AXA IMRA) has appointed Crispijn Stulp (pictured) as head of asset management & transactions for the Netherlands market.

In addition, Robbert-Jan van Baal, who joined AXA IMRA in 2007, has been promoted to local head of asset management, reporting to Stulp.

Based in Amsterdam, Stulp will assume responsibility for the growth and performance of assets in the Netherlands market, with a focus on the further expansion of its diverse portfolio, which consists of offices, logistics, data centers, hotels and residential properties.

He will lead the day-to-day management of the local team and report to Van Wymersch and Laurent Jacquemin, European head of transactions.

Crispijn Stulp has more than 20 years’ of experience working in the real estate sector. He joins AXA IM - Real Assets from Merin, where he was Transaction and Development Manager.
