AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets (AXA IMRA) has announced  a number of senior promotions to strengthen its European asset management & development platform, which will see Nathalie Charles, Amal del Monaco and Xavier Ramette take on new responsibilities.

Charles will become head of development and European country teams, overseeing AXA IMRA's eight European country team heads. She joined the company in 2013 and has over 30 years of real estate industry experience.

Del Monaco, formerly co-head of the fund management team servicing AXA clients, has been promoted to head of sector specialists. Having joined AXA IMRA in 1997, she has been part of the fund management team since 2001 and has 20 years’ real estate industry experience. Philippe de Martel, currently global head of corporate finance, will replace her in her current role.

Ramette, formerly head of asset management, France, has been promoted to head of asset management, Europe. He joined AXA IMRA in 2013 as deputy head of asset management, France and has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Emilie Jaskula, currently head of disposals in France, will replace him as asset management head for France.

All three will all report directly to Stainer, with the appointments becoming effective as of 2 January 2018.
