IKB Deutsche Industriebank has acquired its company headquarters in Düsseldorf for around €185 mln from the AXA Immoselect open-ended fund in liquidation.
The transaction price represented a 3.14% discount to the asset's latest appraised value of €191 mln per March 2015.
AXA Immoselect had a 52.2% interest in the property company which owned the office building at Wilhelm-Bötzkes-Strasse 1.
IKB, currently the asset's occupier and a former owner of the property, exercise its pre-emptive right on the asset.
