AXA IM Alts has promoted Louis Leveillé Nizerolle to head of transactions France within the real assets platform.
Nizerolle, who is currently senior transactions manager, will start his new role on 1 September, and replaces Antoine Mesnage, who has been promoted to head of Australia for AXA IM Alts, effective from 1 October.

Nizerolle joined AXA IM Alts in 2012 and brings over 10 years of transactions and asset management experience, focused on the French market.
Prior to joining AXA IM Alts’ Real Assets transactions team, he was in charge of the asset management of a diversified property portfolio of more than €1.1 bn value in France, comprising a mix of offices, retail, hospitality and residential.
Mesnage is relocating to Australia after 15 years at AXA IM Alts in France, where he successfully led the investment strategy on behalf of AXA IM Alts’ clients in the French market.
