Aviva Investors’ Lime Property Fund has reached£1 bn (€1.2 bn) in assets under management at end-May 2013.
The fund now has assets of £1.02 bn, invested in a portfolio of 54 properties, with 39 different tenants across 12 different sectors.
During 2012, the fund’s net asset value increased by £92 mln and so far in 2013, it has added a further £76 mln. The fund has achieved a consistent yield of c. 5.5-6% per annum since inception in July 2004.
The Lime Property Fund is an open-ended Jersey Property Unit Trust investing in property in the UK, targeting secure, inflation-linked income streams, with low volatility of returns.
