Aviva Investors has acquired the Spektrum office complex in Munich’s Landsberger Strasse 302-312 on behalf of one of its clients.
Built in 2000, the property totals 27,000 m2 of flexible and high-quality lettable space in the direct vicinity of the S-Bahn station Laim. The asset is fully let to several prime tenants. Financial details were not disclosed.
