Real estate consultancy company Avison Young has announced the appointment of Otilia Bordei as head of office agency in Romania.
At Avison Young, Bordei will be responsible for developing and consolidating the department’s position in the market, managing the agency's relationship with office building developers and providing consultancy for tenants.
Bordei joins from Skanska where she worked five years in the Leasing & Asset team. Previously, she worked for three years for the real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
