European property investment and asset management firm, Avignon Capital has hired Stephanie Legh as an asset manager.
Legh will work as part of Avignon’s asset management team, focusing on the UK portfolio and executing initiatives to grow its value.
Prior to joining Avignon, Stephanie spent three years as an asset manager at Texton Property, with responsibility for a £100 mln (€113 mln) UK portfolio, managing assets across the office, retail and industrial sectors.

Headquartered in the UK in the west end of London, Avignon Capital has €1.1bn AUM in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain, in a portfolio comprising 70 properties, diversified across office, hotel, mixed-use and multi-let assets.
Last year, the firm partnered in a joint venture with China’s largest investment bank, CITIC Securities, for the giant company’s first foray in the European real estate sector.
In 2017, Avignon joined forces with McCafferty Asset Management to launch a new asset and property management platform for a high-quality Pan-European property, named Platinum Property Management.
