Luxembourg-based fund manager AviaRent Capital Management, the German partner of Primonial Holding, has acquired a €23.45 mln medical centre in Germany for open-ended special fund CareVision III.
The 9,862 m2 nursing and therapy centre, situated in Wendhausen, Lower Saxony, represents the tenth healthcare asset purchased for the fund. It has 215 beds.
'We can look back onto a very exciting and successful year in 2018 and we are pleased to be able to build on the previous year’s success at the beginning of the year with this major investment,' said Yenna Haack, AviaRent's head of acquisitions. 'With the purchase of the specialised care and therapy centre in Wendhausen, we have expanded our care portfolio to around 5,700 places.'
