Avestus signs 8,500-m[sup]2[/sup] pre-let for Krakow spec project

Avestus Real Estate has signed up global electronics supplier Delphi as anchor tenant for its Enterprise Park development project in the Podgorze district of Krakow.

The Polish arm of Delphi has agreed to take 8,500 m² across two buildings representing nearly 60% of the space offered by Phase I of Enterprise park, currently under development. The first stage of the project, covering 15,000 m2, is expected to obtain the occupancy permits in September this year.

Colliers International acted for Delphi Poland on the lease negotiations.

Enterprise Park's development has been carried out on a speculative basis, with Raiffeisen Bank Polska securing the project financing, and Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex acting as the general contractor.
