Avestus Real Estate said the first phase of its Enterprise Park office project in the Polish city of Krakow is now over 80% leased. The Irish-based international real estate company said discussions are ongoing in relation to the remaining available space.

The first phase provides 15,000 m2 of lettable area.

Avestus signed a lease contract for 8,500 m2 at the scheme with Delphi Poland. Cisco Systems Poland is also taking space.

Jones Lang LaSalle Tenant Representation team and CBRE Project Management team represented Cisco Systems Poland during the negotiations. Avestus was unrepresented.

The Enterprise Park will ultimately comprise three four-storey Class A office buildings with a total area of 28,000 m2. The project was awarded a 'Very Good' rating from BREEAM following a preliminary audit.
