Avant Homes has started construction of two new residential developments in the UK with a total of 259 homes and £61 mln (€69.2 mln).

In Keighley, West Yorkshire, the UK housebuilder will deliver 124 new-build homes with a gross development value of around £33 mln (€37.4 mln), due for completion in three years.

The Odette’s Point development, which received planning permission in January, will comprise a mix of three and four-bedroom homes and feature seven of Avant Homes' house types.

Avant Homes North East has broken ground on a a 10-acre site in Catterick, Richmondshire to deliver 135 new-build homes with a gross development value of around £28 mln (€31.7 mln).

The Brompton Mews development received planning permission in August 2022 and construction work should last three years.

Located just 6.4 km from Richmond town centre on Cookson Way, the development will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes and feature 11 of Avant Homes' house types.

Of the 135 homes being built, 30% are affordable housing with eight dwellings to be affordable rented and 32 dwellings to be discount market sale.
