Austrian companies UBM and CA Immo International have announced the start of construction work on Poleczki Business Park located on the edge of the Mokotow district of Warsaw. The joint venture partners said the facility will be the largest business park in Poland.
Austrian companies UBM and CA Immo International have announced the start of construction work on Poleczki Business Park located on the edge of the Mokotow district of Warsaw. The joint venture partners said the facility will be the largest business park in Poland.
The project, totalling 200,000 m2, will comprise several office buildings, a hotel, storage facilities and a stand alone multilevel parking facility. UBM and CA Immo said the aim was to provide a 'comprehensive solution at one location' by combining multiple property types in the park. The park will feature retail and exhibition and conference space, and the hotel with long-stay apartments.
The third parties involved in the investment include: project design - RKW Rhode Kellermann Wawrowsky Architektura+Urbanistyka together with UBM Polska, infrastructure design - JJW Hoberg, project management - UBM Polska, general contractor - PORR Polska, co-exclusive agents: Jones Lang LaSalle and Kancelaria Brochocki.
